Admission Requirements - Pre-Health Professions programme

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have a high school (Grade 12 matriculation) with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 in:

    • Chemistry, Physics, Mathematic, Biology, English

  • Alternatively, candidates should have 5 'O' level passes with grades A, B, and C in the same subjects or European equivalents.

  • Consideration will be given to students transferring from other fields to the health professions.

Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate
  • Legal Affidavit or Deed Poll if present name is different from that on Birth Certificates
  • Academic Certificates
  • GCE Grade slips (accepted only in cases where certificates are not yet available)
  • Professional Certificate/Diploma.
  • For applicants whose first language is not English, you are required to submit with your application a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) certificate with a score of 500 or higher.

Deadlines

Normally applications should be received by January 15th of the calendar year in which entry is desired. However, for foreign and regional applicants, applications are accepted up till March 30th.

Fees

There is a non-refundable application fee of USD 30.00
